Masonville Yards is located at 1635 Richmond Street. We're directly across the street from CF Masonville Mall and only a few minutes drive from the front gates of Western University.

Need to contact management? You can call the building directly at (519) 645-1111 or visit the main reception desk and request to speak to management. Our offices are located on the main floor close to the elevators.

Our suites start around $775 per person for a four person unit. Pricing is based on availability. To receive our floor plans and prices please click here and fill out your information. You will be sent our pricing PDF via email or text.

Utilities and internet are not included. High speed Internet provided by Bell is available for $40 a month per unit (added to your monthly rent). All residents are responsible for creating and managing their own Metergy (https://www.metergysolutions.com/) account for utility payments.

A standard lease is 12 months.

Yes you are allowed to sublet your room/apartment. Please contact adminsupport@craftleasing.ca.

Underground parking is available to residents for $145 a month. Above ground parking is available for $120. All parking leases are 12 months. Please speak to our leasing team to reserve your spot. Contact mvyinfo@craftpropertygroup.com.

Yes there is visitor parking available at Masonville Yards. Please register with the reception desk.

Yes pets are allowed.

Yes there is bike storage available inside Masonville Yards.
